What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that both your time and our time is valuable. We kindly remind you that we have a 24hr cancellation policy. Please notify us 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.00. We thank you for your understanding.

How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, click the “Book” button and select your desired service. We recommend selecting the "First Available" appointment to view our soonest upcoming availability. You may also call us during business hours at (954)743-2138 to book your appointment.
How do I cancel my appointment?
You may cancel your appointment up to 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. You may do so by the link in your confirmation email that is sent automatically after booking. Alternatively you may call us at (954)743-2138 to let us know you are unable to make it.
What do I do if I am running late to my appointment?
We have a 15 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. Kindly let us know if you are running late to your appointment by calling us at (954)743-2138. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you may have to reschedule or wait until your service provider can accommodate you.
